- 2 tazas de leche vegetal (soja, almendras, avena)
- 1 cucharada de sirope de agave
- 1/2 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 1 taza de frutos rojos (fresas, frambuesas, arándanos)

Preparación:
1. En un bol, mezclar las semillas de chía con la leche vegetal.
