Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de leche de almendra
- 1/4 de taza de almendras crudas
- 1 cucharada de agar-agar en polvo
- 2 cucharadas de miel o sirope de agave
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- Frutas frescas para decorar
Instrucciones:
1. En una olla, calienta la leche de almendra a fuego medio. Agrega las almendras crudas y deja que la leche hierva ligeramente. Luego, retira del fuego y deja reposar durante 30 minutos para que las almendras suelten su sabor.
2. Después de 30 minutos, cuela la leche de almendra para eliminar las almendras y transfiere la leche a una jarra grande.
3. En una olla pequeña, disuelve el agar-agar en polvo en 1/4 de taza de agua caliente. Luego, agrega la mezcla de agar-agar a la leche de almendra y mezcla bien.

Once you make this plain yoghurt you can mix it with any fruit of your choice. This homemade plain yoghurt is made from scratch. 3 nutritious homemade yoghurts! So, let's start! The first recipe is: Strawberry Yoghurt. (No dairy products in it!) The ingredients are the following:
1 cup frozen strawberries or disinfected fresh strawberries. 1 small banana 12 almonds 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup, or any sweetener of your choice. You could use monk fruit sugar now available at our online shop. It's 100% natural, no erythritol.

Instead, you could use probiotic capsules. and 3 tbsp plant-based milk powder. This is soy milk powder. 3 tbsp agave syrup or any sweetener of your choice. Remember you can use fruit monk sugar, which you can get at our online store. 100% natural, no erythritol. Add rejuvelac to blender.
If using probiotic capsules, add 1/3 cup plant-based milk together with the capsules. Add 30 to 40 grs tofu. Remember to go to the recipe in the link below if you want to use homemade tofu. Add almonds, milk powder, chop apple and add to blender,
Add 3 tbsp of sweetener of your choice, or you may want to add more or less sweetener. I sometimes use fruit monk sugar. Remember you can shop it online at our store. 100% natural. No erythritol. If using fruit monk sugar, you need less amount. Blend for 1 minute.

This yoghurt recipe looks like magic, but it is real. You'll be surprised at the procedure! You can mix this plain yoghurt with any fruit of your choice. For this magic recipe, we'll need the following ingredients: 1/2 cup almonds, 500 ml water
And 2 green serrano chili peppers. Oh, yes! This is the secret ingredient! Instead of almonds, you could use 3/4 cups toasted unsalted peanuts. So, you choose: Almonds or peanuts. Let's do two flavors, then. Add almonds and peanuts to a bowl each.
Cover with water and let soak for about 8 hours or overnight. The following day or 8 hours later, drain water. Then remove skin and set aside. Add almonds to blender. Add 250 ml of water. Blend for 1 minute. Strain into a glass container.
Use a spoon to help drain liquid. Add leftover almond pulp to blender, add the remaining 250 ml of water. Blend for 30 seconds. Strain again into glass container. Pour milk into a deep saucepan.
Place saucepan on the stove. When milk starts boiling stir continuously for 5 minutes. Then turn heat off and remove saucepan from heat. While the almond milk cools down, I'll show you the same procedure using peanuts. Drain water. Add drained peanuts to blender and add 250 ml of water.
Blend for 1 minute. Strain into a glass container. Take leftover peanut pulp back into the blender, add remaining 250 ml of water and blend for 30 seconds. Strain into glass container squeezing out all possible liquid from peanut pulp. Pour peanut milk into a deep saucepan.
Place saucepan on stove. When milk starts boiling keep stirring for 5 minutes. Turn heat off and remove saucepan from heat. The almond milk has cooled down, so now pour it into a glass bowl. The magic starts here! Remove stems from hot chili peppers Cut a slit through each chili.
Place chili stems in the milk. Add the 2 hot chili peppers with cut slit downward. Cover with a clean kitchen cloth and let sit for 48 hours.
If the climate in your hometown is hot, let sit for 24 hours and if the climate is cold, let sit for up to 72 hours. The chili pepper will ferment the milk and allow for probiotics to grow. Follow the same procedure with the peanut milk. Pour into a glass bowl.
Remove stems from chili peppers, cut slits into chilies. and place into the milk. Cover with a clean kitchen cloth. I can assure you the yoghurt will not be spicy hot. Let sit between 24, 48 or 72 hours. You can check every now and then if milk has set.
After 48 hours uncover, remove chilies and stems and stir. Look at the creamy consistency! 100% natural plain yoghurt. with probiotics. I can assure there is no taste of hot chilies. now remove kitchen cloth from peanut milk yoghurt, remove stems and peppers stir.... Look! It's fermented yoghurt!
You may want to mix this yoghurt with an electric mixer to make it smoother You can also add some lemon drops, stir and they are ready! What about that? This plain yoghurt is packed with probiotics, calcium, protein and all the healthy benefits of homemade yoghurt.
