Así Hago mi Dieta para Desinflamar y Desintoxicar mi Cuerpo en 3 DÍAS

En este plan de dieta para desinflamar y desintoxicar el cuerpo en 3 días, se busca eliminar los alimentos procesados y ricos en azúcares, y en cambio, incorporar alimentos frescos y naturales que ayuden a limpiar el organismo.
Día 1:
- Desayuno: Empieza el día con un vaso de agua tibia con limón para estimular el sistema digestivo. Acompáñalo con una taza de té verde sin azúcar y una porción de frutas frescas.
- Media mañana: Snack de frutos secos como almendras, nueces o semillas de girasol.
