Hi, I'm Raquel and today, in Veganamente I'm going to make two mini-recipes for Valentine's Day, which are some chocolates and some cookies To make the ordering the ingredients to Smartphooding is an online store where you can get vegan products that are usually hard to come by and food for any kind of intolerance.
These are the main ingredients that I will need for the recipes, you see that there are not many. I'm going to use some freeze-dried raspberries because I really like the color they give and the taste a bit acidic.
I'm going to use some cranberries, I'll tell you later how we're going to use them, vegan white chocolate that is delicious, I recommend you try it because it is death, besides it is not very easy to get. black chocolate also vegan and gluten free whole oatmeal,
This is very important because it does not have gluten, for people who have problems with gluten, who are celiac, Well this is good and you can easily find it in Smartfooding. also some natural cashews and finally I bought this cocoa cream
I do not know if I'm going to use it in recipes, but I've seen it I could not resist It is a cocoa cream, as you see white, vegan, gluten-free, organic and without palm oil,
I'm willing to try it and see what I do, I still take advantage of one of the two recipes, I'll see. The first recipe is some chocolates, to make them we are going to need white chocolate, dark chocolate peeled raw pistachios and lyophilized raspberries. chop the raspberries a little we also eat pistachios
Chop the white chocolate and melt it in a bain marie we have already melted it and now I will spread it on this sheet of baking paper so that it cools we extend it but not too much, if it is too thin, the chocolates can break easily. That has a little thick.
Now before it gets cold we sprinkle the pistachio pieces and the pieces of the raspberries that will give you a very rich acid touch, I love it! We press very lightly to make sure it sinks into the chocolate and so it does not come off when it cools.
Let it cool at room temperature chop the dark chocolate and melt it also in the bain marie It has already hardened, so now we are going to give it a touch with dark chocolate, to decorate. We let it harden Now with a short-paste we take out little hearts
And here we have the chocolates what do you they look like? the second recipe is some cookies and to make it we are going to need blueberries, we have soaked them for a few hours, raw cashews gluten-free oatmeal, a bit of almond flour also to give it a touch of flavor
A little coconut oil a pinch of salt and a little vanilla essence we put the cashews in a robot the almond flour oatmeal a pinch of salt coconut oil and we crush we incorporate the blueberries and the essence of vanilla and crush until there is a manageable dough
We have already removed the mass of the robot and now, as you can see, it is very sticky, so we will add oatmeal. The one that needs. until it's so sticky that's it, we have it, it's still a little sticking but it's normal.
Now we spread the dough on a sheet of transparent film and we're going to flatten it until it has the thickness we want, for this we put another sheet of transparent film on top and with a massing roller we are stretching the dough.
Now with a short-pasta, I'm going to do it with a heart shape for Valentine's Day, let's take out portions with careful We will put them in the oven at about 100ºC for about 10 or 15 minutes. If you have the option of air it is better.
If you have dehydrator, you can make one until they have a firm consistency. With the White Cocoa Cream, what has occurred to me is to make This kind of mini-bites with cookies that are spectacular! Veganízate!!
What do you think of these two mini-recipes? the truth is that they are very easy to make, you have already seen, they are to suck their fingers !! If you want to buy these products, below in the description of the video, I'll leave the link to the store
As well as a code for you to benefit from a discount if you are on my side. I will also leave you the ingredients of the two recipes, as well as the links to my social networks. This is an extraordinary video to let you know the Smartfooding store,
