COMO hacer ALFAJORES de CHOCOLATE - HAVANNA - paso a paso - receta facil

Los alfajores de chocolate de Havanna son una delicia argentina que combina una suave y dulce masa con un delicioso relleno de dulce de leche y un baño de chocolate. Aquí te cuento cómo hacerlos paso a paso de manera fácil.
Ingredientes:
- 200 gramos de harina de trigo
- 150 gramos de maicena
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- 150 gramos de mantequilla
- 150 gramos de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 2 yemas de huevo
- 300 gramos de dulce de leche
- 200 gramos de chocolate para fundir
Instrucciones:
1. En un bowl, mezcla la harina, la maicena y el polvo de hornear.
2. En otro bowl aparte, bate la mantequilla junto con el azúcar hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa.
3. Agrega la esencia de vainilla y las yemas de huevo. Mezcla bien.
4. Añade la mezcla de harina y maicena a la mezcla de mantequilla y mezcla hasta obtener una masa suave.
5. Envuelve la masa en papel film y déjala reposar en la nevera durante al menos 30 minutos.
6. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
7. Saca la masa de la nevera y, sobre una superficie enharinada, estírala con un rodillo hasta obtener un grosor de aproximadamente 1 cm.
8. Con un cortador redondo, corta círculos de masa y colócalos en una bandeja de horno previamente engrasada.

10. Retira del horno y deja enfriar completamente.
11. Unta una cucharada generosa de dulce de leche en la mitad de los alfajores y cubre con otro alfajor.
12. Derrite el chocolate para fundir en el microondas o a baño maría.
13. Sumerge los alfajores en el chocolate derretido, cubriéndolos completamente.
14. Coloca los alfajores en una rejilla para que el exceso de chocolate escurra.
15. Deja que el chocolate se endurezca por completo antes de disfrutar de tus alfajores de chocolate de Havanna.

3. Agrega la mezcla de harina y maicena a la mezcla de margarina y azúcar, y amasa hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea. Envuelve la masa en papel film y déjala reposar en la nevera durante al menos 30 minutos.
4. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
5. Extiende la masa sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada y con un rodillo hasta que tenga un grosor de aproximadamente medio centímetro.
6. Con ayuda de un cortador redondo o un vaso, corta círculos de masa y colócalos sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
7. Hornea los alfajores durante 10-12 minutos, o hasta que estén ligeramente dorados. Retíralos del horno y déjalos enfriar completamente.
8. Una vez que los alfajores estén fríos, únelos de a pares con dulce de leche.
9. Derrite el chocolate para fundir en el microondas o al baño María, y sumerge cada alfajor en el chocolate para cubrirlo por completo. Deja escurrir el exceso de chocolate y colócalos sobre una rejilla para que se endurezca.
10. Lleva los alfajores a la nevera durante unos minutos para que el chocolate se endurezca completamente.
