Cómo preparar Galletas de Chocolate SIN huevo

Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de harina de trigo
- 1/2 taza de azúcar moreno

- 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
- 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio

- 1 1/2 tazas de chips de chocolate sin lácteos (puedes encontrarlos en tiendas especializadas o usar trozos de chocolate vegano)

Instrucciones:

1. Precalienta el horno a 180 grados Celsius.

2. En un tazón grande, mezcla la margarina derretida, el azúcar moreno y el azúcar blanco hasta que obtengas una mezcla suave y homogénea.

3. Agrega la leche de almendras y el extracto de vainilla, y mezcla nuevamente.
