Las galletas de garbanzos saludables veganas son una alternativa deliciosa y nutritiva a las galletas tradicionales. Estas galletas no contienen ingredientes de origen animal y están hechas con garbanzos, que son una excelente fuente de proteínas, fibra y minerales.
Aquí te presento dos recetas, una salada y otra dulce, para disfrutar de estas deliciosas galletas de garbanzos:
1. Galletas saladas de garbanzos:
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de garbanzos cocidos
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- 2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional
- 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación:
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
2. En un procesador de alimentos, mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa suave.
3. Forma pequeñas bolitas con la masa y colócalas sobre una bandeja para hornear previamente forrada con papel de hornear.
4. Aplasta ligeramente cada bolita con un tenedor.
5. Hornea durante 15-20 minutos, o hasta que las galletas estén doradas y crujientes.
6. Deja enfriar antes de servir. Estas galletas saladas son perfectas para disfrutar solas o acompañadas de tus salsas o dips favoritos.
2. Galletas dulces de garbanzos:
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de garbanzos cocidos
- 1/4 taza de mantequilla de almendras
- 1/4 taza de jarabe de agave o miel de maple
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
- 1/2 taza de harina de avena
- 1/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
- 1/4 cucharadita de sal
- 1/4 taza de chips de chocolate vegano (opcional)
Preparación:
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
2. En un procesador de alimentos, mezcla los garbanzos, mantequilla de almendras, jarabe de agave o miel de maple y extracto de vainilla hasta obtener una masa suave.
3. En un tazón aparte, mezcla la harina de avena, bicarbonato de sodio y sal.
4. Agrega la mezcla de harina de avena a la masa de garbanzos y mezcla bien.

Ingredientes:

Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de garbanzos cocidos

- 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
- 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
Instrucciones:
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
