If it happens to you like me, which is impossible for me to find, a gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free bread. In today's video, I'm going to show you, step by step, how to make a delicious gluten-free, dairy-free bread... without eggs, without oil! 100% vegetable and healthy! Do not miss this recipe,
Because it is delicious !! And to make this delicious gluten-free, 100% vegetable bread! The first thing I'm going to do is place: 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in a container, with 1/4 cup of water! I'm going to let it soak for approximately 20 to 30 minutes!
I remind you that chia is a seed, rich in Omega 3. Meanwhile, we are going to use: A zucchini, approximately 230 grams. We are going to grate the zucchini, in the thinnest part of the grater. And I take this opportunity to remind you that this bread
Does not contain oil, it is a bread without oil, without eggs and without dairy products. I am going to show you a little bit of the landscape, here where I live, in Isla Grande, Brazil (RJ). Tell me in the comments where you are watching the video from
The chia seeds are ready We are going to place them with the zucchini... we are going to integrate them. Chia seeds will provide the natural oil for this bread. And we're going to add a touch of sweet, 1 teaspoon of molasses. Regarding the sweet touch, that I put on the bread,
I am using... 1 teaspoon of molasses in this bread! People usually tell me that when they make bread with chickpea flour, it is a bit bitter. So, to compensate for that bitterness, which is typical of chickpea flour, I am using 1 teaspoon of molasses... Also, you can replace it with agave syrup (nectar),
Coconut sugar, pet sugar, the sweetener you prefer Or you can omit it... whatever you prefer!! 1 teaspoon of salt too. and let's integrate! If you are liking the recipe, and want to support the channel Don't forget to leave a like and subscribe, for more recipes like this!
Now we are going to add, 1/2 cup of water... The water at room temperature. No need to use dairy!! No need to use milk to make this bread. We're going to do it with water And we're going to add the flour, I'm going to use chickpea flour
First I'm going to add 1 cup of chickpea flour. I'm going to integrate very well, so that I don't have any lumps. We are going to use 1/2 cup more chickpea flour. In total, I'm going to use 1 and 1/2 cups of chickpea flour. Chickpea flour can be purchased in health food stores,
Or in some supermarkets, or you can also buy it online. Regarding the substitutions, I tell you that instead of chia seeds, you can use flaxseeds It is very important that you use either chia seeds or flaxseeds, because they will help you achieve a good consistency in this bread
Since the bread does not disarm. Also instead of zucchini, you could use raw grated carrots, or grated pumpkin, the same amount. And instead of chickpea flour, you can use oatmeal, or buckwheat flour. Another flour, I haven't tried it yet, so if you want to use another flour, gluten-free,
You can try it, and then tell me in the comments Once we get to this point, in the preparation... Let's prepare the mold, let's spread it with oil, we put a little chickpea flour on it, and if you prefer, you can use non-stick kitchen paper.
Now we go with the last ingredients of this bread, 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate, and for this bicarbonate to activate, 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Let's mix these ingredients well. If you don't want to use baking soda, you can omit it, but I'll tell you that the baking soda will help
The bread grow a little, make it a little spongy, have a different consistency. If you don't want to use baking soda, you can omit it, and the bread will be equally delicious Now we are going to preheat the oven, to 180 degrees Celsius, for 5 minutes, more or less.
And we are going to place, meanwhile, some sunflower seeds, or the seeds that you have in your kitchen, to decorate this bread. And more or less cooking, it's 50 minutes, at 180 degrees Celsius. Once the bread is ready, we are going to let it cool, it is very important to let it cool
Before unmolding it. And I want to cut it, so you can see, how this delicious gluten-free bread, 100% vegetable, turned out inside !! It's a very tender bread!! They can store it for up to 3 days, in a dry and cool place. Or you can freeze it in slices,
And eat when you feel like it, take slices out of the freezer, and defrost them. You can't imagine how tasty this bread is It's prepared like this! Very easy!! I take the opportunity to make myself a sandwich, with a vegetable spread, and chickpea tofu. This really is one protein-rich sandwich!
