LASAÑA Sin Carne Pasta: Sin Gluten; Relleno: Sin Queso y Salsa Bechamel: Sin Trigo y Sin Lactosa

In today's video, I'm going to show you step by step how to make a delicious lasagna 100% vegetable Gluten-free and healthy! First, I'm going to teach you how to prepare the bolognese, 100% vegetable Then, how to make a homemade dough... Egg-free and gluten-free!

And also, how to make the white sauce or béchamel... Without gluten and lactose free! Don't miss this recipe, because you're really going to love it Let's start with the bolognese recipe, 100% vegetable A lentil-based bolognese. We are going to leave 1 cup of lentils (230 grams) to soak,

For approximately 8 hours. We are going to prepare the onion... We are going to chop it very small, a medium onion. They could also use leeks, they could use carrots. And we are going to chop red pepper, very small. If you prefer, you can use green pepper.

You can also use chili pepper, if you like it spicy. And we are going to chop 3 cloves of garlic. Once we have everything chopped, everything is ready, we are going to cook the lentil, which will cook in a short time because it was soaked, with a few bay leaves.

And we are going to cook everything that we chopped, in a pot, with a little oil. We are going to cover the pot... We are going to leave it for approximately 10 minutes, on minimum heat. And the lentil, cooking it over normal heat. After that time,

We are going to spice up this bolognese We are going to add the seasonings... We are going to use sweet paprika. Of course cumin, which looks great in these types of recipes. And I'm going to use a little curry. In this part, feel free to use the seasonings

That you like, that you have in your kitchen We are going to turn off the heat, and we are going to cook the lentils, until they are ready. You are going to realize, because you are going to see, that the lentils are beginning to be tender.

If they are left to soak, they will be cooked in a short time We are going to add the lentils, to the preparation, so that it takes on flavor, so that the flavors are integrated... And we are going to add tomato, which can be: tomato extract, It can be fresh tomato,

The tomato they usually use in their kitchen 1 cup of tomato A few bay leaves Salt to taste. We are also going to add: A little water Oregano. If you are liking the recipe, don't forget to leave a like

And subscribe to the channel, for more recipes like this And we are going to cook for approximately: 5 or 10 more minutes, until it boils. Once it's done, it's boiled, we're going to put out the fire... And we're going to add: Cilantro or fresh parsley.

This is very tasty, it's going to be very good this bolognese, 100% vegetable And just like that, we put out the heat and we're going to reserve. You can also use this bolognese to... accompany your spaghetti. I'm going to add a special ingredient chopped green olives. This is optional!

I'm going to add olives, because my son Benicio loves olives, in the lentil bolognese So we already have the bolognese ready Let's go with the white sauce or bechamel sauce, lactose-free and gluten-free It's super easy, We are going to make it based on sunflower seeds (150 grams).

We soak the seeds too! 1 night before. We are going to rinse them... We are going to remove the water and we are going to place them in a blender, with 1/2 liter of water. Let's blend very well! If you prefer, you can use cashews or cashews.

And once we blend, we are going to add the other 1/2 liter of water. In total, 1 liter of water, and 1 cup of sunflower seeds (150 grams), which we had left to soak. When it is ready, we are not going to filter,

We are going to place the preparation, in a pot, directly. And we're going to add a starch... I'm not going to use corn starch, I'm going to use potato starch, 3 tablespoons. If you prefer, you can use corn starch, would also be 3 tablespoons. We are going to cook,

We are going to stir, so that it does not burn. More or less cooking is 15 minutes! When it starts to boil, you'll realize, more or less, it's about 5 more minutes. And to spice up this white sauce, and give it that characteristic flavor, we are going to grate nutmeg on it.

We are also going to add pepper and salt to taste. I remind you that this is a white sauce, 100% vegetable Healthy It does not contain lactose It does not contain gluten And now we go with the recipe for the lasagna dough. It's very easy, gluten-free, egg-free. Super simple!

We're going to use chickpea flour, 2 cups of chickpea flour. I tell you that you can also make it with buckwheat. Buckwheat is gluten free Let's add a pinch of salt. And we're going to add water... little by little. How much? 2 and 1/2 cups of water,

Which we are going to add little by little. We want it to be left with a liquid consistency, similar to the pancake batter (crepe). This dough can also be used to make pancakes, to make cannelloni. It's really easy to prepare! Well, once it's ready, we beat the preparation well. That easy!

And we are going to cook it, in the pan. In total, we are going to make 8 pancakes. We are going to put oil in the pan, which is hot, but the pan is not too hot. And we are going to add 1 and 1/2 ladle of the preparation (75 ml).

We are going to make these movements, so that the dough settles down. And we're going to cook, for about 4 minutes, between 4 and 5 minutes. The dough has to be very dry on top, before turning it over. It has to be well cooked! Because if we turn it over early,

It is very likely that it will break. So in this, you have to be careful ! And we already have the dough ready Let's book... In total, we're going to make 8 pancakes (crepes). Look how cute they turned out It's super easy to make, they are made very quickly

We have the dough ready... We have the bolognese ready... And the white sauce is ready... Let's assemble the lasagna... On a tray . I'm going to leave the size of the tray, which I'm using, in the box in the description And with the dough, we're going to measure it,

And we're going to cut the dough that's left over. We are going to take advantage of the dough that we have left over We are not going to throw anything away! If you stay until the end of the video,

I'm going to tell you that we're going to make a super delicious snack with the rest of this dough that we're cutting. Well, we are going to put, on the base... once we have already measured the size of the dough, we are going to place the white sauce.

The white sauce, it is always better that it is a little liquid, that it is not very, very thick. Well, we are going to add the white sauce, and then we are going to add the dough. Once we put the dough, we are going to place the bolognese,

And we are going to place the white sauce again. I tell you that you can make the dough, 1 day before, and you can keep it in the refrigerator... You can do it 2 days before, for the day you want to assemble the lasagna. Good and we are going to make layers.

The base will always be: white sauce, then the dough, the bolognese, white sauce. Like this until you reach the top of the tray. You can also make the bolognese a couple of days before I tell you that with this bolognese, you can fill empanadas... They look fantastic! Lentil Bolognese Empanadas.

They are super tasty! You have to try them! Well, and we're almost done We are going to preheat the oven, 200 degrees Celsius, more or less, and we are going to cook the lasagna... for approximately 25 minutes. We are going to make these delicious snacks, tasty and crunchy,

With what was left of the dough. This is the rest of the dough... It's what I got. We are going to cut it into thin strips, as thin as possible, so that they cook and remain crunchy. We are going, in a tray, to place olive oil, we are going to place this snack.

We are going to place the remains of the dough, well spread out, and we are going to add seasonings... In this case, I am going to add: garlic, onion and dried parsley. You can use the seasoning you have at home, the one you like.

You are going to place above, a little. Let's mix well. And we're going to take it to the hot oven. The oven at maximum heat... More or less 10 minutes and it's ready Look, it's fantastic! This is crunchy, it's tasty... You can accompany it with a sauce, like a snack.

In my case, I tell you that we ate it here... accompanying the salad. A lettuce salad with ground seed, and this snack was fantastic This is ideal to eat the way you like it! I tell you, it looks fantastic with salad This was the lasagna entry.

Well, now we go with the vegan cheese... Vegan cheese, grated, or ground seeds. To always have ready, to accompany your meals. I am using sunflower seeds. They can be sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds... You're going to toast them in a pan, carefully , so they don't burn.

We are going to grind them, and we can add: Salt, pepper, turmeric, or the seasoning that you like And it's ready The lasagna has just come out of the oven... You can't imagine the smell in the kitchen Up I put: olive oil, sweet paprika and a little chopped fresh rosemary.

In total, I will get 6 servings of this lasagna. I want to show you how it turned out inside... It turned out great, super firm. It cuts well... and looks fantastic. This is an ideal meal, for me, for the weekend. On Sunday I love to eat pasta!
