Ingredientes para Masa de Tarta Sin Gluten Vegano
1 Papa (300g)
1 Zanahoria (100g)
2 Cucharadas de Semillas de Lino
1/2 Taza de Agua (125ml)
1 Cucharada de Cilantro picado
1 Taza de Harina de Arroz (170g)
Sal y pimienta a gusto
Ingredientes para Relleno Liviano de Tarta Sin Gluten Vegano
2 Calabacines/Zuccinis (300g)
1 Calabaza (500g)
1 Cebolla pequeña
1/2 Pimiento rojo
1/2 Pimiento verde
4 Cucharadas de manteca de semillas de girasol (opcional)
Sal y pimienta a gusto
Para decorar semillas de girasol tostadas y cilantro fresco
Precalentar el horno a 220 grados ºC
Cocinar por 25 minutos aproximadamente
Conservar en refrigerador por 3 dias aproximadamente
Se puede congelar en porciones.

Instrucciones:
