Wouldn't you like to start the day with a healthier breakfast, sugar-free, wheat-free and dairy-free, in today's video I'm going to show you 3 of my breakfasts, easier and faster, cheaper, 100% vegetable and healthy, so that you really, you can make a change in your diet,
Tell me from which city you are watching this video, I tell you that I am on an island, Isla Grande, in Brazil and this is the view I have from my kitchen, let's start with the recipes , the first recipe is super easy and quick,
To start the first thing we are going to do is soak 1 cup of walnuts, the longer they are soaked, the better, it can be overnight, and we are going to cut sliced 2 sweet potatoes or sweet potatoes, we are going to cut them into slices, approximately 1 centimeter,
You do not need to remove the skin from the sweet potato, we are going to cook it like this, in plenty of water, and while it cooks, we are going to remove the water of the nuts, which are already hydrated, and we are going to rinse them very well ,
Once we rinse them, we are going to place them in a processor, with a little salt, black pepper to taste, and fresh basil, fresh basil, rosemary, or parsley, the aromatic herb that you like the most, extra olive oil virgin, and we are going to process, until we have this consistency,
It is a walnut and basil cream, and if you like the recipe, share it, so that more people can make a real change in their diet, You cannot imagine how tasty this cream is, with which we are going to accompany the sweet potatoes,
The sweet potatoes are ready, to know that they are ready we are going to pierce them, and we are going to see that they have to be very tender, breakfast is ready , so quick and easy let's go with the second option for breakfast, this is also one of our favorites,
Apple and oatmeal pancake, super easy, incredibly delicious, I showed this recipe to my sister, and she loved it, because they are super tender, we are going to use apples, oatmeal, peanut paste or peanuts , well, first we are going to peel 3 apples, and we are going to cut them into pieces,
Because in this way, it will be easier to process them, we are going to use 2 cups of chopped apples, we are going to add oats, I am using gluten-free oats , But, you can use the oats you have in your kitchen, 1 cup of oat flakes,
Cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of peanut paste or peanuts, I am using unsweetened peanuts, we are going to use water, in total I am going to use 1 cup of water, and I am going to process until the flavors are integrated, and we are left with this consistency, the thicker the consistency, the better!!,
Because it will be easier to cook it, we heat a frying pan, with a little oil, We place 1 ladle more or less of the preparation, (50ml) and here, this is very important, that you see how they are cooked, you have to see, that some little bubbles are going to come out,
As they are appearing here in the video, and to know the moment, when you have to turn, here you still can't, the edges have to be well cooked, like here, the edges are cooked, and we turn it over, if the edges are not cooked, it will not be easy to turn them,
And here look, it has to also move in the pan, to be sure, that it is time to turn the pan pancake, this way, they will be excellent, I am going to serve them with apple and walnuts, and a little bit of molasses, let's go with the third recipe, buckwheat pancakes,
Do you know buckwheat?... it is a super food , gluten free, you have to try it, for this recipe, I'm going to use 1/3 cup of buckwheat flour, and I'm going to add little by little, the same amount of water, a little cinnamon first,
And I'm going to I'm going to use the same amount of water as buckwheat, 1/3 cup of water, I'm going to add it little by little, and I'm going to mix so that lumps don't form. Once I have achieved this consistency, the flour and water have been well integrated,
I am going to add an ingredient, which will give the dough flavor and elasticity, I am going to use 1 banana, I am going to puree it, once I the banana was like this, creamy, I'm going to incorporate it into the preparation,
This as I told you, it's going to give flavor to the dough, and it's going to give it elasticity, we're going to integrate it well, and it has to be this consistency, look , we are going to cook the creepe,
It depends on the thickness, it can be a creepe, or it can be a tortilla, we put a little oil in the pan, we put a little of the preparation, and we spread with a spatula, how do I know when it is the moment to turn?
They will notice, because the dough is dry on top, and that is the moment to turn it over, look at the color of this crepe, the dough is incredible, and it is to eat it alone or with others, in this case we are going to Accompany with a fresh fruit,
I am going to use mango that we love, and it is very typical of the region where I live, I am going to place almonds and coconut, you can use the fruit that you like the most, all fruits are good, for this option, Benicio loves mango, so this creepe is for Beni,
And I tell you that I also prepare it with apple and walnuts, and a little bit of molasses, you can also use cinnamon, when you prepare these recipes at home, tell me in the comments how they turned out, thank you very much for watching the video and I remind you that the detail,
Of all the ingredients, will be here below in the description box, I will also leave you the link of other healthy breakfasts, that will suit you to love it, and I remind you that if you have any questions or
