PAN DE AVENA 100% SIN HORNO Y EN SARTÉN Recetas de GRI

El pan de avena 100% sin horno y en sartén es una versión más saludable y fácil de hacer del tradicional pan. La avena es un alimento muy nutritivo que aporta fibra, vitaminas, minerales y proteínas, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para aquellos que desean mantener una alimentación equilibrada.

Para hacer el pan de avena en sartén, necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes:
- 1 taza de harina de avena (puedes hacerla triturando copos de avena en una licuadora)
- 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
- 1/4 de cucharadita de sal
- 1 taza de leche (puede ser leche de vaca, leche vegetal o agua)
- 1 cucharada de aceite (puede ser aceite de coco, aceite de oliva u otro de tu preferencia)
- Opcionales: semillas de chía, linaza, nueces, pasas u otros ingredientes adicionales que desees agregar para darle más sabor y textura.

Para preparar el pan, sigue estos pasos:

1. En un recipiente grande, mezcla la harina de avena, el polvo para hornear y la sal. Si deseas agregar ingredientes adicionales, como semillas o nueces, también puedes añadirlas en este momento.

2. Agrega la leche y el aceite a la mezcla seca. Remueve bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Si la masa está demasiado seca, puedes agregar un poco más de líquido; si está demasiado líquida, puedes añadir un poco más de harina de avena.

3. Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio-alto. No es necesario agregar aceite a la sartén, ya que el aceite en la masa es suficiente para evitar que el pan se pegue.

4. Vierte la masa en la sartén, formando un círculo del tamaño deseado para tu pan. Puedes usar una espátula para ayudarte a darle forma y distribuir la masa de manera uniforme.

5. Cocina el pan durante aproximadamente 3-4 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que esté dorado y cocido por completo. Puedes comprobar si está cocido insertando un palillo en el centro del pan; si sale limpio, estará listo.

6. Retira el pan de la sartén y déjalo enfriar antes de cortarlo en rebanadas. Puedes disfrutarlo tal cual o agregarle tus ingredientes favoritos, como aguacate, tomate, lechuga, jamón, queso o cualquier otro.

Seitan sin gluten

Ingredientes para 11 pancitos de Zanahoria y Avena
Mi taza medidora es de 250ml

1/2 Taza de Semillas de Lino doradas o marrones (100g)
1 Taza de agua (250ml)
1/2 Taza de Zanahoria rallada
1 Cucharadita de sal
3 Cucharadas de semillas de Sesamo o Ajonjolí molidas (opcional)
1 1/2 Taza de Avena molida
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de harina de avena
- 1/2 taza de harina de trigo integral
- 1/4 taza de azúcar moreno
- 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
- 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 1 taza de leche (puede ser de avena, almendra o la que prefieras)
- 1 huevo
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco (derretido)

Preparación:
1. En un tazón grande, mezcla la harina de avena, la harina de trigo integral, el azúcar moreno, el polvo de hornear, la canela en polvo y la sal.
2. En otro tazón, bate el huevo, luego añade la leche y el aceite de coco derretido y mezcla bien.
3. Mezcla los ingredientes húmedos con los ingredientes secos y revuelve hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea.
4. Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio-bajo y engrásala ligeramente con aceite de coco.
5. Vierte aproximadamente 1/4 de taza de masa en la sartén caliente y extiéndela un poco para formar un círculo. Cocina durante unos 2-3 minutos o hasta que veas que se han formado burbujas en la superficie.
6. Voltea el pan de avena con cuidado y cocina durante otros 2 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que esté dorado en ambos lados.
7. Repite el proceso con el resto de la masa, engrasando la sartén ligeramente antes de cada nueva tortilla.
8. Retira el pan de avena de la sartén y déjalo enfriar antes de servir.
