- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- Dulce de leche repostero
- Coco rallado (opcional)
Preparación:
1. En un bol, mezcla la harina con el polvo de hornear.
2. Agrega la manteca blanda y desmenuzada, el azúcar, la yema de huevo y la esencia de vainilla.
3. Mezcla todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa suave y homogénea.
4. Envuelve la masa en papel film y déjala reposar en la nevera durante 30 minutos.
5. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
6. Saca la masa de la nevera y estírala con un rodillo sobre una superficie enharinada.
7. Corta la masa en círculos del tamaño que desees (aproximadamente 5 cm de diámetro).
8. Coloca los círculos de masa sobre una bandeja de horno forrada con papel vegetal.
9. Hornea los alfajores durante unos 10-12 minutos o hasta que estén ligeramente dorados.
10. Deja que los alfajores se enfríen por completo.
11. Una vez fríos, unta una de las galletas con una generosa cantidad de dulce de leche.
12. Coloca otra galleta encima y presiona ligeramente para que el dulce de leche se extienda hasta los bordes.
13. Si deseas, puedes pasar los bordes del alfajor por coco rallado para decorar.
14. Repite el proceso con el resto de las galletas hasta terminar todos los alfajores.
