¡Receta de pan de avena sin harina para un desayuno saludable! ¡Sin mantequilla, sin amasar!

Mi taza medidora es de 250 ml
Las medidas del molde 19 cm de largo 9 cm de ancho 5 cm de altura

Ingredientes para BUDIN DE BANANA Y NUEZ CON AVENA VEGANO
2 Tazas de puré de BANANA O PLATANO
1/2 Taza de Nueces molidas
1/3 Taza de Nueces picadas
1 Taza de Avena molida o Harina de coco o Harina de Almendras
1 Cucharadita de Canela
2 Cucharaditas de Polvo de Hornear o Levadura quimica (para hacer bizcochos)

Precalentar el horno 180 grados y cocinar por 45 min aproximadamente.
Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de avena en hojuelas
- 1 taza de leche (puede ser leche de origen vegetal)
- 2 huevos
- 2 cucharadas de miel o sirope de agave
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
- 1 pizca de sal

Instrucciones:
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F) y engrasa un molde para pan de aproximadamente 20 cm x 10 cm con aceite o mantequilla.
2. En un tazón grande, mezcla la avena, la leche, los huevos y la miel. Remueve bien hasta que los ingredientes estén bien combinados.
3. Agrega el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y la sal a la mezcla. Vuelve a mezclar hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
4. Vierte la mezcla en el molde para pan y asegúrate de que esté distribuida de manera uniforme.
5. Hornea durante aproximadamente 30-35 minutos, o hasta que un palillo insertado en el centro del pan salga limpio.
6. Retira el pan del horno y déjalo enfriar en el molde durante unos minutos antes de transferirlo a una rejilla para que se enfríe completamente.
7. Una vez que esté frío, corta en rebanadas y disfruta tu pan de avena sin harina en el desayuno o como refrigerio saludable durante el día.
