Very good morning dear friends and welcome to marcela de cocina today we are going to prepare some delicious aubergines in milanesas so if you join me we are going to start I invite you to visit our instagram page marcela cooks underscore ok so you can see all the recipes that

We are going up now if we continue with today's recipe to prepare this aubergine breaded we are going to use 2 aubergines breadcrumbs coarse salt 2 eggs a clove of garlic and a little parsley I remind you that the ingredients can be seen at the end of the video in the description

Of it now if we start we are going to start cutting the tip dancing the aubergines we remove the skin they can do it with a pre potato or with a small knife as I do once the original peeled we are going to cut it along approximately a centimeter and a half wide

Now we are going to put a little coarse salt in a source and we are going to remove the bitterness then we are going to distribute these aubergines n or they are very bitter then we are going to leave them for a little while,

If the ones that you are going to use are the bitter ones, you can leave them longer to remove all the bitterness we are going to leave them for about 15-20 minutes and we are just going to start to work them

While the aubergines rest we are going to cut a clove of garlic and we are going to apply it we do the same with the parsley we are going to apply it very little,

What we are going to do now is we are going to put two eggs in a bowl and the we are going to beat then we are going to add the parsley and minced garlic a little salt and black pepper

Once they have released liquid we are going to rinse them and then we are going to dry them with a sensual absorbent paper so now we are going to bring them well We already have the aubergines ready to start making the batter but before

Doing this we are going to turn on the oven if it is heating up we are going to put multi coercion 15 minutes at 200 degrees now we dump the beaten eggs and place the breadcrumbs or in another source we are going to pass the work in general through the egg mixture

And then through the breadcrumbs making sure that the edges are also impregnated with bread and once we have passed all the aubergines we are going to repeat the same process so that they remain well impregnated and we are not disarmed

Now we take a source we put a little vegetable oil and we are going to arrange the milanesas the oven is heated so now we are going to get them to the kitchens what I am going to do now is totally optional I am going to cut a

Tomato straw a cream cheese feta once 15 minutes have passed I am going to remove the milanesa from the oven I am going to add it and I am going to take them back for 5 more

Minutes 15 minutes have passed so I remove them from the oven I am going to Put a little cheese on a tomato slice and then we are going to take them back to the oven if you are not

Going to put mate cheese and you like to see it more golden brown, you can cook it for a while on one side and then remove it from the oven. They go around and then put them on the other side and now we take them for 5 more minutes

And that is how these delicious aubergine milanesas are finished I hope you liked my recipe and that they will serve you, see you in the next video bye
