RECETA VEGANA // TARTITAS DE VERDURAS Y QUESO VEGANO CASERO

¡Claro!
¡Buen provecho!

Very good morning everyone and welcome to another video of marcela cocina today we are going to prepare a vegan recipe for which we have invited a great friend of the house named Carolina
Hello my name is Carolina a pleasure to be here today I have been many I am vegan for years and I really like this type of cuisine so today I am going to teach you how to make cakes. It is a
Very rich and very simple recipe with basic ingredients that are very easy to get. I invite you to visit our instagram page marcelacocina ok to that you can see all the recipes that we are uploading now if we continue with today's recipe the ingredients are oatmeal that
I put to hydrate because it is traditional oatmeal if it were instant it can go directly to the recipe but in this case I put it to hydrate with a little bit of water so just cover it grated carrot
This is a vegan cheese that now I with my sister is a new venture that we are doing that we make vegan cheeses in ant cheese format grated and buttery cheese to melt a mix of seeds that already has sesame sunflower flax seeds various wholemeal flour
Zucchini zucchini green onions an onion a clove of garlic salt olive oil pepper chickpea flour that I also hydrated like oats It was necessary to hydrate it for about 20 minutes before using it and molds for individual cakes. We are going to start making
The filling of the cake.First we cut the vegetables and put them all together on the fire we put them in the pan we have the fire we put a little oil on it saleh pepper and a splash of water and while it is cooking we chop a clove of garlic we are going
To preheat the oven we put it in a traditional oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees let's say the white part of the green onion or not you cut it in the middle I add the grated carrot while the vegetables cook we are going to make
The dough for the caps we mix the hydrated chickpea flour the sand integra l the month of seeds two tablespoons of oil a little salt and a little optional peppers here I also know instead of seeds you can add oregano prudence to rosemary turmeric paprika any seasoning
I finished talking with my hands to see if I need more water or marinate the ray, we do not add the black one, the oatmeal makes the egg one, helps it to bind to the filling and also gives it a very rich flavor and a creamy texture,
Meanwhile, we are going to put vegetable oil on the big cake milestones now. We stretch the dough and we are going to cut it to make 6 items, we take it in hand, we make a roll with each one, we
Flatten the rolls well, we stretch it and as it is, we are going to take it to the mold now with our fingers we push so that they rise on the sides here. the masses were 10 minutes in the oven and are cooked so now we're going to fill
Another mystery of the green part of the scallion and put up the capitation was retired by RDial I am going to add this grated vegan cheese that we made with my sister, it will give it a very special flavor, very similar, the traditional cheese is made with sunflower seeds, cashews and many seasonings,
Again we are going to take the cakes in the oven for a few minutes. more and then we are going to try them and that is how these delicious vegan cakes were finished in total they were 10 minutes to cook the dough and 7 more minutes with the filling I hope
