La receta básica de salsa tártara es un condimento cremoso hecho con mayonesa, pepinillo encurtido, alcaparras, jugo de limón y hierbas, y hay muchísimas recetas de cómo la gente prepara esta salsa. La salsa tártara se sirve a menudo para platos de mariscos, como pescado con patatas fritas, sándwiches de pescado, palitos de pescado, pasteles de cangrejo, ostras fritas y calamares fritos. Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de mayonesa
- 2 cucharadas de pepinillos eneldo picados
- 1 cucharada de cebolla picada
- 1 cucharada de alcaparras picadas
- 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
- Sal y pimienta al gusto

Instrucciones:
1. En un tazón pequeño, mezcla la mayonesa, los pepinillos eneldo, la cebolla y las alcaparras.
2. Agrega el jugo de limón y mezcla bien.
3. Prueba y ajusta la sazón con sal y pimienta según tu gusto.
4. Refrigera durante al menos 1 hora para permitir que los sabores se mezclen.
5. Sirve como acompañamiento de mariscos como camarones, pescado frito o empanadas de cangrejo.

[Music] hi guys today I'm going to show you how  to make basic Tartar sauce this sauce is very   famous that normally used for seafood dishes like  fried calamari fish and chips and so on okay let's   get started the ingredient that we need are mayonnaise make sure that it has a good quality  

Mayonnaise and some lemon as we are going to take  the lemon juice and of course we have the pickled   gherkin and then also capers parsley and also the  dill because dill is very good for seafood dishes  

First we cut the gherkin I just slice like  this I will not chop this one I just make it   into brunoise I just slice thin like this then I  arrange like this and then I make fine julienne [Music] and I'll do like this

We can put direct into the  sauce like this and then for the   parsley and dill I just always do like this I  just press like this and then I just chop like this Let's put inside[Music] and I'll take some capers this amount is okay [Music]

Just remember that capers and gherkin they  contain a lot of salt so I don't think that we have   to put some salt inside the mayonnaise because  it's going to be enough salt this one is okay It's almost ready ok that's it  I' ll just put this one inside

For the lemon I don't need to cut all  this I just make one segment like this   I just remove the seed like this and then I just  squeeze I can keep this lemon inside the fridge  

So i can use for other day so I'll just keep  like this I just want to make sure it's not dry I just keep like this I'm going to mix this  one [Music] and this dip has to be thick enough  

Because it's going to coat the food for example fish and chips you just dip it inside   so it's not melting so it's going to be stick  with your food now you can check the seasoning

See this one is good I don't need to add some more salt because the mayonnaise it self is already contain  salt and then the capers the gherkin they contain   also plenty of salt so this one is enough here I like to put black pepper

Okay and we'll stir again so you know that  so many variation of people making this one   so you can add something else so this one is a  basic if you want to use this one it's better  

To cover this one with plastic you keep inside  the fridge for at least like one hour so then   you can use it I have the other recipe that  is good so I used to add some onion inside   and I just make like this  [Music] let's make some real fine brunoise

I still want to keep the crunchiness of the  onion inside so I'lI keep inside I will add Lea and Perrins this one Woscestershire  sauce or Lea and Perrins so I just put this one like a few drops only and I'll stir [Music]  

For me this one the taste is much better so I  just transfer this one into a small bowl like this I will keep it the fridge so ready  to serve cover with plastic and   keep inside the fridge after one hour you  can serve when it's cold already Okay so
