Ingredientes TARTA DE ZANAHORIA Y AVENA, SIN AZÚCAR, SIN TRIGO, SIN LACTOSA SALUDABLE.
Molde 16 cm de diámetro, 7 cm de altura
Mi taza medidora es de 250ml

3 Tazas de Avena Molida
1 Taza de Zanahoria rallada
1 ½ de Jugo de Naranja
3 Cucharadas de ralladura de cascara de naranja
1 Cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
1 Taza de pasas de uva (o ciruelas o dátiles o tâmaras o cualquier fruta deshidratada)
1 Taza de nueces picadas

¼ Taza de aceite de oliva
1 pizca de sal
1 cucharadita de canela
2 cucharaditas de bicarbonato de sodio

Crema de Almendras:
1/2 taza de almendras
1/4 taza de agua
1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

Pre calentar el horno 180 ºC
Cocinar por 45 min aproximadamente

Ingredientes:
- 3 zanahorias grandes
- 1 taza de harina de avena

- 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
- 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 1/4 de taza de nueces picadas para decorar (opcional)

Preparación:
1. Precalienta el horno a 180 °C (350 °F). Engrasa un molde para tarta con un poco de aceite de coco.

2. Pela las zanahorias y rállalas finamente.

3. En un bol grande, mezcla la harina de avena, la harina de trigo integral, el bicarbonato de sodio, la canela y la nuez moscada.

4. Agrega las zanahorias ralladas y mezcla bien.

5. Añade el aceite de coco derretido, la leche de almendras y la esencia de vainilla. Mezcla hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
